Paperwork for your new puppy

a vet check by a veterinarian of a nose to tail evaluation of the puppy. We will have the results of the exam. Also, a vaccine record of worming and vaccines that the puppy have received. A microchip as well. We will have a link to a Free website to register. We will also send along a puppy starter kit of food that they have been eating so you have enough to transition into a new food slowly so we can take care of their new tummy as they are adjusting to their new home. A 30-day health guarantee, so you have enough time to get to the vet and make sure your new puppy is progressing well since they have been home.
