Honestly, the thought of buying a puppy online without having seen him terrified me. We had been on waitlists with other breeders for months and once it came time to pick our puppy, I couldn’t follow through because it was clear they were a puppy mill. That’s when I went online and found my Benny.

From the moment I saw his face, I knew I had to inquire about him. Chris answered all of my questions immediately! She sent me stats and photos of parents, videos, and vet records. She walked me through the process and I felt very comfortable working with her We talked frequently and planned his pickup - her husband Terry even delivered him!

I could immediately tell that Benny had been well taken care of by the breeders, Simon and Katie. They helped make sure he was a fit for our family before we picked him up and evaluated his personality. Benny is a very happy and healthy pup (and so smart and sweet!) and is beginning his therapy dog training very soon! I highly recommend Chris if you’re looking for the next furry member of your family!

Our family is very happy with our new Bernedoodle we found on BuckeyePuppies.com. The service was great and we were able to schedule a meeting next day with the breeders, who were very nice and helpful. overall it was a great experience and our family is happy to have our new dog.

She was freshly bathed and handed over to us with kindness. We were provided enough food to transition without any trouble. We are thrilled with our darling five month old mini sheepadoodle who came to us by way of Chris Hoover. Chris was incredibly helpful, thorough in answering our many questions, quickly responsive to all of our calls and texts, and she enabled us to do the due diligence we felt was critical before meeting our puppy, for the first time, at the breeder’s home to bring her home with us. I picked up an F1B mini golden doodle named Austin from breeder Jacob in November. I’ve since changed his name to Henry and he has become a great addition to my home. He’s a healthy and energetic boy and I’m beyond grateful for how easy and fast it was to get him so that we were able to spend the holidays together. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! As a first time puppy owner Jacob sent me off with a lot of helpful information and made sure I knew exactly what to do for the first few weeks of getting Henry acclimated to his new home.

We got a puppy at 16 weeks old an airedoodle his name was Pez now Arlo.  Our vet was very pleased with the care they gave our pup so are we. I went to meet Pez and I was so in love with that pup he was very clean and so sweet came right to us. I can tell he was loved and played with.  Chris was so kind had a session with me on some tips on feeding and caring for him. I thought was so kind of her to take the time to help Pez. The place was so clean and amazing. I would recommend getting one of their pups.  I have had Arlo (Pez) for a few weeks and I have 9 kids and he is a wonderful addition to our family. Thanks given to Dennis and Chris for all their kindness and to the puppies great job.

With years experience in the pet care industry, I know that buying a puppy online can be unsettling. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND letting Chris help you find your new family member. From the very beginning, Chris communicated with us and worked with us on welcoming our first puppy to our home, a Standard Bernedoodle. She provided all the information we needed and answered all of our questions quickly, and within a few days we were able to plan a time to pick up our new puppy.
